Winery in Nuits-Saint-Georges.

Winemakers: Adèle Germain and Simon Messager, heirs to two emblematic winegrowing families. Based in the Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune, respectively.

Appellation: Bourgogne Rouge, 100% Pinot Noir

The vineyard plots are called 'Ravry' and 'Potey" in Fixin. 15 year old vines. 

Winemaking: 30% whole bunch. Fermented in oak and stainless steel. Then 100% barrels aged in 228L and 600L French oak. Ageing for 12 months in fine lees.

ABV: 13%

Dry red Wine

Vineyard: 2 sections with 2 different type of soils:

-  the bottom is generous in clay

- the top is generous in limestone
